5 Things you should know about playing PUBG

Last June 2016, South Korean game developer PUBG Corporation formally announced a brand new battle royale game which is expected to be completed within a year. In December 2017, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG), one of the most highly anticipated games of the year was finally published by Microsoft Windows initially for the Xbox One gaming console. PUBG Corporation published the game for the Windows platform the following week and versions for PlayStation 4 and mobile platforms were also announced to be already in the works.

Although the development of the game was inspired by the video game Day Z and films Battle Royale and The Hunger Games, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds offers fresh concepts and succeeds in redefining the typical battle royale game genre. Even experienced gamers and critics who have played similar games before are in high praises for this one-of-a-kind survival game. Whether you have just started playing PUBG or you have been mastering the game since the early access period, here are five things that you should know.

  1. Familiarize with the zones.

For beginners, it is important to know that running away from the battle zones doesn’t work at all in PUBG. From the time of landing, you are given less than two minutes to collect loot and stay away from the blue circle. These zones appear at varying times and staying within the bounds after the time limit expires will inflict damage to players. There are also red zones where firebombs periodically take place. There is a warning on both the main screen and the mini-map before the explosion and it also doesn’t always mean that you will get killed if you stay inside the red zone. Nevertheless, staying inside these two zones is one thing that you should always avoid.

  1. Upgrade your armors fast.

Headgears are more than just an aesthetic accessory in PUBG. Instead of making your character look cool, aim for better armors with high durability and damage reduction. Upgrading your helmet and vest early in the game can help you survive even fatal headshots. There may be no equipment to protect arms and legs, but your limbs receive 50% less damage than the body.

  1. Collect loot from the menu.

Collecting loot from the surroundings is one thing that you should always continue doing in the game. But when you are inside buildings and time is not on your side, moving around the place to pick up the items is just not very efficient. To avoid wasting time, just simply open the menu and drag and drop the items from there.

  1. Don’t overuse the vehicles.

Vehicles can be very useful when running away from danger zones or from other players. But riding these bulky and noisy vehicles can make you a center of attraction in the game. Just ride these vehicles when needed or just sneak your way to your destination on foot to be safe.

  1. Use a scope.

Choosing the best weapon depends on the availability in the battleground and your style of play. But what you always keep in mind is to search for a scope as an attachment to your weapons. Getting an 8x scope can help you dominate the game and accurately shoot enemies from a safe distance. You can also download the latest and undetected PUBG hack from I Want Cheats website.
